From 25 to 28 October 2022 Tecnoinox will exhibit the best of its offer dedicated to HoReCa professionals at the Food Hotel Asia FHA HoReCa trade fair in Singapore. The Friuli-based company, which has been designing and manufacturing modular kitchens, salamanders and professional ovens in Porcia Pordenone for over 40 years, has chosen the event in Singapore, a trade hub of major relevance globally and gateway to the South-East Asian region, as a key moment in a strategy aimed at promoting the brand, its history and values on overseas markets. The starring role on the Tecnoinox exhibition space will be played by the products, tangible examples of the companys experience and passion in the design and production of solutions that combine solid manufacturing quality, design, technological innovation, performance and sustainability.The combi ovens will be in the focus: from TAP, top of the range with digital touch interface, to the manual or digital Tecnocombi and the digital Tecnocompact. The offer in this segment perfectly combines features designed to simplify the kitchen workflow and a sustainable approach, with solutions that reduce energy and water consumption in washing operations. The ideal synthesis of these characteristics is Tecnocompact, a digital combi with a compact design conceived to meet the space optimisation needs of smaller kitchens, without compromising on performance and robustness. The presentation of the modular kitchens will be equally impactful, with two cooking islands on display: one based on the Tecno 70 line, designed to respond to the workloads and reduced spaces of medium catering kitchens the other combining modules from the Tecno 90 and Tecno 74 lines, developed to guarantee maximum reliability and functionality for restaurants, cooking centres and hotels.
