2022 Asian Pastry Cup
The highly anticipated Asian Pastry Cup returns at FHA-HoReCa. Largest of its kind in the region, this unique live competition pits top pastry professionals against one another, culminating in a display of the most delightful and beautiful pastry creations.
Among the most highly anticipated patisserie events in Asia, Asian Pastry Cup will host the crème de la crème of the pastry world from Asia. These chefs will compete and exhibit their dessert-making skills, presenting the most ambitious and complex works of pastry art.
Held at FHA-HoReCa 2022, this live competition pits country teams against another, culminating in a display of the most beautiful pastry creation. The competition aims to build an ever-growing community of chefs dedicated to moving the culinary profession forward. A competition of world-class standards, the competitive platform will see participants being challenged to meet the highest of standards of the industry.
Competition Overview
Held in the same format as the World Pastry Cup, each team consists of 1 coach and 2 chefs who will create 2 tall chocolate and sugar show pieces, chocolate cakes, plated desserts and ice cream cups.
Above all, the Asian Pastry Cup aims to ignite creativity, raise pastry talents and to promotes the best Asian Pastry Chefs of the year all around Asia.
The top 3 teams will automatically qualify for the World Pastry Cup to be held in Lyon, France.
