Asian Pastry Cup

The Asian Pastry Cup is a biennial culinary competition held in Singapore. It serves as a platform for talented pastry chefs from across Asia to showcase their skills and creativity. The competition is characterised by its rigorous standards and emphasis on technical proficiency and artistic flair.

Participants are tasked with creating three distinct components: a chocolate showpiece, a sugar showpiece, and a collection of plated desserts. These creations must adhere to specific themes and demonstrate a high level of craftsmanship which are then judged by a panel of renowned pastry experts who evaluate the entries based on factors such as taste, presentation, and technical execution.

The winners of the competition represent Asia at the prestigious World Pastry Cup, an international culinary competition held every four years.
