This is a team-based competition, consisting of the following:
• 1 x Barista or Barista in Training
• 1 x Chef or Chef in Training

There will be a registration fee of SGD 150 per team.
Please note that this registration fee is non-refundable for any reason including application withdrawal or competition cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances.

CHAMPION – $1,200 SGD Cash Prize, Trophy and Certificate
1ST RUNNER-UP – $800 SGD Cash Prize, Trophy and Certificate

Each team will consist of:
• 1 x Barista or Barista in Training
• 1 x Chef or Chef in Training
Applications that do not meet this requirement will be rejected.
You will be judged on the following items:
• Preparation and presentation of two (2) different Modern Restaurant Desserts in 90 minutes
• 3 x à la carte portions for each of the two (2) Modern Restaurant Desserts
• Artistic Bread Showpiece

Competitors are to use Medium Roast Coffee Beans sponsored by UCC Coffee.
One (1) Cimbali Coffee Machine (2 groups) will be provided for this competition. Other than the items provided, competitors are encouraged to bring all other accessories they require.

All competitors must be neatly dressed in working attire or their respective school uniforms.

Singapore uses a standard voltage of 220-240V and plug types G and C.
1 x 13 A power will be provided in each competition kitchen.
